Legal Aid

Legal Aid is available to all eligible clients. Eligibility is assessed by solicitors and is available in full for persons that are detained under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 and wish to consider appealing. This is also available to named persons and interested parties.

Since that time, we have established a vast client base across the length and breadth of Scotland due to our client-focused, personalised service representing and assisting those subject to the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Scotland Act 2003.
