Mental Health Solicitors

Nicholas is a Trainee Solicitor practising in mental health law, representing individuals before the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland.

He holds an LLB (Hons) with English Law from the University of Aberdeen and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Robert Gordon University. His broader legal experience has equipped him with strong analytical skills, a thorough approach to case preparation and an appreciation of effective client representation.

Nicholas recognises the sensitive and complex nature of mental health proceedings and is committed to providing clear, considered and compassionate legal advice. He adopts a client-centred and determined approach, ensuring that his clients' voices are heard, their rights are protected and their interests are robustly represented, whilst striving to achieve the best possible outcome in each case.

Nicholas speaks English and Russian fluently and also speaks Estonian, enabling him to assist clients from a range of linguistic backgrounds.
